Co-host fee calculator: five CoHostBnB options
Enter total monthly booking revenue across all properties. The software estimates use that revenue directly. Managed services charge on accommodation payout instead; enter that separately after deducting the platform host fee and excluding cleaning, taxes and deposits. All amounts are USD. No inputs are sent to a server.

Software formulas reflect the onboarding rate disclosures checked October 26, 2026. “max” means the largest amount, not the base plus a percentage. Managed-service terms and minimums come from pricing; the introductory offer requires confirmation and is not guaranteed. Accommodation payout means nightly payout after the platform host fee, excluding cleaning, taxes and deposits. Cleaning and repairs are separate pass-through costs. The managed-service percentages use a different fee base from software booking revenue.
Managed-service results use the greater of the percentage of total accommodation payout and the sum of property minimums. Because each property has its own minimum, that aggregate estimate is a lower bound: unequal property revenue can make the actual invoice higher. The tool shows both conditional introductory and standard rates, with standard setup separately. It excludes cleaning, repairs, taxes, separate BYO Hospitable charges and negotiated adjustments.
Check service availability before choosing
CoHostBnB is a founder-led hospitality team. Managed service depends on the verified property location: GREEN permits percentage-based Co-Host Pro subject to qualification and local coverage; YELLOW uses fixed monthly Co-Host Assist with limited administrative tasks and owner publishing; RED is software only. An unknown location does not establish eligibility. These managed-service categories are separate from the Assisted software subscription.
A software connection does not override those restrictions. The host stays payee; listing and price changes require owner approval. Use the managed co-hosting availability check before treating a percentage estimate as an available offer.
