Three ways replies reach your guests, chosen per kind of message
You pick, for each kind of guest message, how the reply goes out. Mixed paths are normal: check-in details through the channel's own scheduled messages, during-stay questions by one-click copy, routine answers automatically through your PMS.
1. The channel's own automation
We write the text for each channel's built-in tools from your house manual: Airbnb Scheduled Messages and Quick Replies, Booking.com message templates and automatic messages, Vrbo scheduled messages. You paste them in once; the channel sends them. When guests keep asking something the templates did not cover, we suggest an update.
2. One-click copy
Forward the channel's message notifications to your private address. The AI drafts a reply; you press Copy, paste it in the channel's own inbox and send it there. There is no browser extension and nothing reads or writes your channel inbox.
3. Auto-send through your own PMS (Autopilot)
Connect your own Hostaway or Guesty account with an API key you create; Hospitable and OwnerRez are coming soon. Replies go out through your PMS under rules you set per kind of message: approval or auto-send, a confidence level, quiet hours, and escalation to you. Refunds, disputes, cancellations, safety and legal questions always wait for a person, on every plan. Every decision is written to a tamper-evident log.
Why we never send into Airbnb ourselves
Cohostbnb software never logs into, scrapes or sends messages through your Airbnb account. Airbnb's terms prohibit automated access to the platform, and the account at risk would be yours. Messages reach a channel only as templates you paste, drafts you copy and send, or through a property-management system you connect under your own account.
