Every channel you rent on

Calendars sync by iCal import and export on each channel, so a night booked on one closes on the others. Messaging and reservations on channels that need a partner connection run through your own PMS or channel manager, which already holds those connections; Cohostbnb works on top of it.

Double-booking protection

Paste each channel's calendar export link into Cohostbnb, then paste our one export link into each channel's import setting. Our feed carries every booked or blocked night from the other channels, without guest details. When two channels already overlap, the console shows the conflict so you can fix it before the guests arrive. iCal refreshes on each channel's own schedule, so a gap of a few hours between a booking and the block on another channel is possible; a PMS connection closes it.

City tax and permit notes

At onboarding we show the occupancy-tax and permit notes for your listing's ZIP code where we have checked them, with the source and the date: for example San Jose's 12% transient occupancy tax from 2026-10-01, Santa Cruz city's 14% tax that Airbnb does not collect, and Half Moon Bay's certificate-of-insurance rule. You stay the host and operator, hold the permits and remit any tax a channel does not collect. This is general information, not legal or tax advice.
