Remote co-hosting runs inside the host’s account; the host stays payee. Availability and fees depend on the property state; check the state selector before ordering. We never hold guest funds; service fees are invoiced to the owner monthly. Price changes require owner approval.
SF Bay Area: outside SF city unless the home is a registered primary residence. SF city requires permanent residency and registration; unhosted rentals are limited to 90 nights per year. Save the registration number during onboarding.
For eligible GREEN properties only: full-service 18% of accommodation payout, minimum $399/home/month, setup $499. Remote: 10%, minimum $149/listing/month, setup $199.
Founding offer: first 5 homes at 15% or first 10 remote listings at 8%, for 12 months; then standard rates. Founding setup is waived. For 6+ units or an annual commitment, take 1 percentage point off the standard rate and waive setup. Discounts do not stack. Cleaning and repairs pass through at cost. Month-to-month services require 30-day notice.
Assist uses a fixed monthly fee per listing, ministerial tasks and host publishing, without Airbnb payout splits. RED states and NYC receive software only. Check availability or record a licensed-local-manager referral request.
The Pro fee base is nightly accommodation payout after the platform host fee, excluding cleaning fees, taxes and deposits.
