Guesty alternative: decide what actually needs replacing

Replacing a property management system is a different project from getting help answering guests. Before leaving Guesty, identify whether the problem is the calendar, distribution, owner reporting or the time spent on messages. A narrow problem may need a narrow change.

Inventory the work before moving accounts

Guesty’s published plan comparison lists calendar and inbox tools, with owner management and additional distribution capabilities in Pro. Export requirements, connected channels, scheduled messages and staff permissions deserve their own migration checklist. Do not assume a messaging product recreates accounting or owner-reporting workflows.

CoHostBnB Assisted accepts forwarded guest messages and drafts replies as private notes; you send them yourself. It is $19/month for three properties, with a $5 monthly add-on per extra property. That can address a drafting workload without promising to replace the PMS. Confirm the forwarding workflow with representative reservations before changing any production routing.

Autonomous is a connection decision

The onboarding Autonomous-BYO offer explicitly uses your own Hospitable account via OAuth. It does not describe a drop-in Guesty replacement. Its monthly charge is max($39, $12 per property, 14% of booking revenue), plus Hospitable. Autonomous-managed uses an account held by CoHostBnB and max($79, $29 per property, 14% of booking revenue), with the property floor re-derived monthly. Map channel connections and message ownership before considering that transition.

Use a migration budget, not a headline price

As of October 2026, Guesty’s published pricing FAQ listed Lite from $9 per listing per month, with Pro by quote and Enterprise by customized offer. Guesty pricing source. The Lite starting price is not a verified total for a particular billing term, region or add-on bundle.

The numerical Pro and Enterprise prices need verification through a written quote. Include transition time, overlapping subscriptions, data export and any optional services in your comparison. No savings estimate is justified without that scope.

A useful go-or-stay test

Keep Guesty if its operational workflows are the reason the business runs smoothly and the remaining issue can be solved with configuration or targeted assistance. Consider a transition only after a test reservation shows that the proposed setup preserves availability, message timing and responsibility for exceptions. Ask who notices a failed connection and who answers the guest while it is repaired.

Check service availability before choosing

CoHostBnB is a founder-led hospitality team. Managed service depends on the verified property location: GREEN permits percentage-based Co-Host Pro subject to qualification and local coverage; YELLOW uses fixed monthly Co-Host Assist with limited administrative tasks and owner publishing; RED is software only. An unknown location does not establish eligibility. These managed-service categories are separate from the Assisted software subscription.

A software connection does not override those restrictions. The host stays payee; listing and price changes require owner approval. Use the managed co-hosting availability check before treating a percentage estimate as an available offer.
