The useful comparison is between the work you need done and the work each agreement covers. Hostaway’s pricing page describes an all-in-one PMS and channel manager with custom plans. CoHostBnB separates draft assistance, autonomous messaging and human co-hosting services. A quote for software should not be treated as an agreement to visit a property.

A custom quote is not a public dollar price
As of October 2026, Hostaway’s published pricing page described custom plans and a tailored quote. Hostaway pricing source. A current numeric subscription rate could not be verified from that page; do not treat third-party estimates as its official price.
Request an itemized quote using the same property count and required features as the CoHostBnB estimate. Keep setup separate from ongoing charges. If a quote bundles features you need, compare the bundle rather than matching only the cheapest line item.
Stress-test a quiet month
At zero booking revenue and ten properties, CoHostBnB Assisted is $54/month, Autonomous-BYO is $120/month plus Hospitable, and Autonomous-managed is $290/month under its currently disclosed property floor. Check service availability before choosing
CoHostBnB is a founder-led hospitality team. Managed service depends on the verified property location: GREEN permits percentage-based Co-Host Pro subject to qualification and local coverage; YELLOW uses fixed monthly Co-Host Assist with limited administrative tasks and owner publishing; RED is software only. An unknown location does not establish eligibility. These managed-service categories are separate from the Assisted software subscription.
A software connection does not override those restrictions. The host stays payee; listing and price changes require owner approval. Use the managed co-hosting availability check before treating a percentage estimate as an available offer.
