CoHostBnB buyer resources
Hostel management software: an operations checklist
Evaluate bed-level operations and shared-space handoffs alongside your reservation workflow.
Map the inventory
List dorm beds, private rooms and shared facilities separately. In a demonstration, test whether the system represents the inventory you actually sell and how a room closure affects availability.
Walk through a turnover
Check how staff see departures, arrivals, linen needs and out-of-service beds. A room-level clean status may be too coarse for a partially occupied dorm. Ask staff to try the workflow before choosing.
Account for shared spaces
Give kitchens, bathrooms and common areas their own inspection routines. Name the person who follows up on an incomplete task and the local responder for a maintenance issue.
Verify fit before purchase
Test user permissions, exports and the channels you need. CoHostBnB can be discussed as an operations option; confirm current bed-inventory and integration support rather than assuming a particular connection exists.
